This is the moving-in punch list, handled by a carpenter. Flat packs assembled, TVs on the wall, art and mirrors up, curtain rods in, doors and cupboards adjusted, and the small fixable items from the building and pest report crossed off.

The first week in a house is when the small things matter most. Nothing is where it should be, half of it is still in boxes, and the report you paid for lists a dozen items with no one attached to them. We work through it in one visit so the house feels finished rather than pending.
Send the list and the building report when you book. We will tell you which items are ours and which need a licensed trade, then bring the right fixings first time. Older Northern Rivers homes move, so doors, drawers and shelving usually need adjusting rather than replacing.
It works before you move in too. We can work to a key, a lockbox or an agent handover, so the boxes arrive after the walls are done.

We cover Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Alstonville and Lismore, within roughly a 50km radius of Byron Bay. Same fixed prices everywhere, no call out fee.
