Much of Ballina is brick veneer and slab on ground, which makes for predictable stud spacing and easy masonry fixings, but newer estates around Cumbalum and Skennars Head bring hebel and lightweight cladding that need specific anchors. We carry both.
Riverfront and canal properties see steady humidity. Timber decks and external hardware age faster here, so we use coated fixings outside and check for movement in deck framing while we are there.
