How much does flat pack assembly cost in the Northern Rivers?
Everything is booked as a block of time: a quarter day at $250, a half day at $400 or a full day at $700. You get a fixed price on the day, before any work starts. No hourly surprises.
Do you assemble IKEA furniture?
Yes - we assemble IKEA, Kmart, Fantastic Furniture, Amart and any other flat pack brand. Wardrobes, PAX systems, beds, desks and bookshelves are the most common jobs.
How much does it cost to mount a TV on the wall?
A standard TV wall mount fits a quarter day booking at $250, including levelling at the right height and tidying cables out of sight. Brackets and fixings are charged separately if you don't have one.
What areas do you service?
Homesmith covers the whole Northern Rivers: Byron Bay, Suffolk Park, Bangalow, Mullumbimby, Ocean Shores, Lennox Head, Ballina, Alstonville and Lismore. If you're nearby but not listed, get in touch - we can usually make it work.
Are you insured?
Yes: Homesmith is fully insured and police-checked, with 20 years of high-end carpentry behind every job. Floors covered, walls left clean, packaging gone when we leave.
How quickly can you come out?
Most jobs are booked within the same week. Tell us your suburb and preferred day, and we'll confirm a time window and text you when we're on our way.
