Handyman work with Homesmith is priced from $420 + GST for a half day or $760 + GST for a full day, for one smith, fixed before we start. The booking covers whatever is on your list across Byron Bay, Bangalow, Lennox Head, Alstonville and Ballina: flat packs, TVs, shelving, doors and small repairs.
We work the list in the order you want it. If something turns out bigger than expected we say so before we start.
Send the job list and we tell you how many days it looks like. Time left over goes to whatever else you point at.

A day clears a bed and two bedsides, a TV mounted, half a dozen pictures and the list of small repairs.
Send the defects list when you book. It lets us bring the right fixings first time. If an item needs a licensed electrician or plumber, we flag it in advance and work around it.
Block bookings suit landlords and holiday letting managers between guests, and we can work to a key or lockbox where that is simpler.
