Booking a block of time costs less than booking each of those separately, and the list is gone in one visit.
A quarter day at $250 is around two hours. A half day at $400 is around four. A full day at $700 is around eight. We work the punch list in the order you want it, and if something turns out bigger than expected we say so before we start rather than after.

A quarter day covers a TV mounted and a few pictures hung. A typical half day clears a bed and two bedsides, a TV mounted and half a dozen pictures. A full day takes the whole punch list: wardrobe, desk, shelving, curtain rods, TV, artwork and the door that never closed properly.
Send the punch list when you book. It lets us bring the right fixings first time, which is where hourly trades quietly lose you money. If an item needs a licensed electrician or plumber, we flag it in advance and work around it.
Block bookings suit landlords and holiday letting managers between guests, and we can work to a key or lockbox where that is simpler.
