That covers standard work. Whatever we quote you before you book is the number on the invoice afterwards, whether the list fills the time or not.
You are booking a block of our time rather than a set of jobs, so there is no per item pricing and no hourly meter. If we get through your list early we keep working.
No call out fee anywhere in the service area, and nothing added at the end. Fixings and hardware are charged at cost. Finishes and repairs are quoted above the day rates, and we ask for photographs before pricing that work. Specialist work may be higher cost.
